Normal heart - Pediatric Diagram
I created 184 Pediatric (children) illustrated diagrams to indicate specific defects that the patient's were born with. These illustrated defects would give the doctors and clinicians a reference to the patient's defect and provide a way to make changes that indicate and show over top of these diagrams that the doctor did a procedure and what procedure was performed. The diagrams are displays in the Pediatric application that was designed for this purpose. The altered diagrams are then shown and used for reporting and future information on the patient's next visit.
